Our candidates for Meredith Town Council
We encourage you to vote on November 2, 2021 for John Janiszewski and Michael Morgenfruh for Meredith Town Council. You will have the option to vote for these candidates on either the Democratic or Farm and Family party lines.
John Janiszewski is a longtime resident of Meredith, owner of Wildflower Farm on Elk Creek Road. He’s a farmer, an inventor, a retired teacher and an entrepreneur who’s served on the Town Council for 12 years. His depth of experience and independent point of view have benefited Meredith. We’re so glad he’s willing to throw his hat in the ring again.
Michael Morgenfruh is new to the area, first spending time here in 2013. He’s now a full time resident of Meredith with a home on Dry Brook Road. He’s currently a licensed real estate salesperson working in Delaware County and the metropolitan NY area. Michael is familiar with municipal government, having worked as a site coordinator for an architectural firm. In this capacity, Michael helped clients meet the planning and permitting requirements of local governments. He’s also a history buff who enjoys looking for artifacts from Meredith’s past. Mike is eager to use his energy and talents to bring fresh ideas to the Town of Meredith.
